Vineyard and vinification

Our terroir covers 500 hectares and is made up of various types of soil: sand, chalk and schist, enabling us to grow the following noble grape varieties: Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Sauvignon Blanc, Cabernet Franc, Syrah. 
Our production is around 40,000 hectolitres, divided between Costières de Nîmes, Vins de Pays d'Oc, Méditerranée, Vins de Pays du Gard et Côteaux du Pont du Gard.

We offer these wines in bulk, in bottles and in bag-in-box, under the "Belle Pierre" label. Our flexibility also enables us to produce wines "to order", in accordance with our clients' requirements.

Our modern facilities enables us to guarantee consistent quality:

  • monitoring of the vineyards all through the year by our technician
  • grapes accepted by the cooperative are subject to rigorous specifications.
  • removal of stems and stalks from the entire harvest

  • flash détente process enabling the extraction of colour and tannins
